3 Step Akosha Process
Step 1 - We take the complaint directly to the escalation team of the company, who has the power to resolve your grievance. We follow up with them and keep you updated via email, SMS and phone.

Step 2 - We send a well drafted letter explaining the details of your complaint along with the inconvenience caused to you.

Step 3 - As a last resort, we help you in approaching the consumer forum. We draft the consumer complaint along with an affidavit as per the prescribed format. You just need to sign the documents and submit them to consumer court (it takes 2-3 hours).
