This theme is meant to be used with the i3 tiling window manager. It turns the top bar of Chrome/Chromium blue when the window is focused, dark grey when not. Thus, it matches the default behaviour of i3 itself.
This is handy because it allows you to disable i3's titlebar/borders on the Chrome/Chromium window (which causes the browser tabs to touch the top edge of the screen, making them easier to select) and still get the blue/grey visual feedback of whether the window has focus.
This theme is meant specifically to be used with "fidiri" (Fedora + i3), so the precise shade of blue is "Fedora blue".
