InboxGuru is an email intelligence tool that provides information on your email recipients activities. You can track if the recipient opens the emails, clicks on a link, or opens an attachment. If your attachment is a PDF or YouTube video, Kuvana can tell you how far they read the document or how long they watched the video. Kuvana can also tell you if your email recipient visits your website after the click and if they ever return back to the website. The engagement data that is collected is reported back to you in email alerts and a side panel within your email client.
