1. Pick colors most comfortable for your eyes to be used for phrase highlight.
2. Pick words per minute and words at a time parameters so that you are able comfortably catch meaning of the phrase. Try to eliminate subvocalization of words while reading.
3. Practice reading with 'Read Fast Bro' systematically increasing words per minute and words at a time.
4. Turn off 'Break on punctuation' setting if you are speed reading beginner.
