Users can quickly build email content by email templates. Insert them in your emails within seconds with shortcuts, and respond faster to your customers!
★ Keyboard shortcuts (or snippets)
You can use shortcut keys to quickly create text snippets, you can type 'hi' and press the 'Tab' key, you will insert 'Hi, this is a greeting template' into your email text。
★ Variables
Provides custom variables that you can use in email templates. If your email usually starts with 'hi, {{firstName}}', Press 'h' and then the 'TAB' key and it will write “Hello Jenny”
★ Search
You can search by any field and insert templates right inside the Compose box.
★ Share templates with your team (Premium)
Make sure everyone has access to all the company templates and set a tone for your external emails using templates.
