Chrome Remote Desktop cannot reach business partners without Google accounts and stays limited to the Chrome browser. This leaves out most of your enterprise customers and any partner who does not use Google accounts for their office work. That is a huge Google Apps partner base thats is opened up for you by CUEDESK Remote Assist which still remains out of reach for Chrome Remote Desktop.

CUEDESK Remote Assist will continuously provide all enhancements that Chrome Remote Desktop rolls out. It is very lightweight client (less than 2MB) downloads in a flash. Its connection algorithm is based on industry-leading LIBJINGLE P2P engine. It is fast, reliable and can successfully establish end-to-end connections across 90% of the network routers. For the remaining 10% it offers a relay server fallback for the connections thus providing close to 100% connection success rate.

CUEDESK provides a highly efficient and secure solution across all its modules as highlighted below :

1. P2P - connection and data security
CUEDESK Remote Assist establishes direct network connection between your support agent and your business partner receiving remote assistance - with no other intermediate server involvement. In the 10% of the cases where CUEDESK servers facilitate the connection, the data is already encrypted at the alliant-ends thus keeping the network traffic between your agent and partner secure at all times.

2. For the safety and security of our client data, all remote desktop sessions are fully encrypted using WebRTC’s SRTP features, which includes full support for AES.

3. While your connection setup is mediated by CUEDESK's servers, your actual remote desktop session data are sent directly from the client to the host, except in limited circumstances where they may pass through CUEDESK relays.

4. None of your session data is ever recorded, and no session data is transmitted in a way that would let anyone besides the participants access it

5. CUEDESK Remote Assist client provides the remote desktop service at very low bandwidth consumption to you compared to other competing solutions. We are constantly striving to improve network bandwidth estimation to maintain high screen image quality under tough network connections.
