It’s very easy to use, fully integrated in Google Apps. In just one click, all your employees are automatically imported in Nereo Leave, and their absences will be synchronized with your Google Calendar.
3 roles are possible for users :
Employees : Nereo Leave allows each of your employees to a personal account. They can see their leave balances, absences in a personal calendar as well as those of their colleagues directly in a Schedule page or in Google Calendar. They can request leaves to their supervisors.
Supervisors : Supervisors receive a notification email, letting them the choice to accept, deny or comment the request. There is up to two levels of approval workflow.
Admins : The administrative part of the software allows you to export statistics, set up easily the leave entitlement and the workday calendars.
Nereo goes along with your rules : Each type of absence is associated with an account, similar to a bank account. Nereo Leave can manage dependencies between type of absences. For example, you can set up Nereo Leave in a way that sick leave disables to entitle some annual leave.
