Coverlay App should make it faster and easier for you to create image quotes (it can also be used as a Google+ Cover Photo creator). The whole process happens simply by blending images or photos with overlays and optionally adding text on top (there is also other settings common to image editors, such as flipping, rotating, changing color, etc.).
At your disposal is a default set of images that you can use as backgrounds or overlays. You can also use your own photos or free photos from the web.
You may use Overlays to achieve some image effects and additions such as vignette or frames of different sort. Also, by using blending modes you can easily add some texture to your images.
