This extension is made to work with runkeeper.com and specifically with the activity details.
Have you noticed that runkeeper always displays the speed in pace? Of course its the official running measuring unit but for people who mostly care about KM/H or MIL/H its pretty annoying.
This extension will display the speed in KM/H (or MIL/H depending on your runkeeper settings) alongside the existing block of Pace.
