Notes for Chrome lets you leave a note anywhere on a web with just one click.
All you have to do is click on the icon and write text or right-clik anywhere on a page and add your note from context menu. When you come back to the website where you left your note you will find it right there.
In the options you can choose the color of your notes, wheather to stick the to a specific URL, domain or all sites.
