CLOUDPILOTS is the specialist for the professional use of cloud applications. As a workflow optimiser, it is also our task to broaden, when required, the already extensive functions of solutions, such as Google Apps for Work. One function required by companies and organisations is the creation and sharing of contact groups in order to provide certain teams or departments with customised distribution lists. With “Share Your Contacts” we have developed our own, cloud-based application.
An overview of the individual functions:
Contact management (contact groups)
With Share Your Contacts, creating contact groups becomes child’s play. Once they are set up, customised contact lists can be shared with individual colleagues or made accessible to entire teams.
Mobile availability of the company directory
Creating a group containing all the organisation’s internal e-mail addresses allows you to make your own company directory with mobile availability for Android or iOS devices.
Domain-wide synchronisation in 15 minutes
The cycle for the domain-wide synchronisation of all company-own contacts is just 15 minutes. So after a larger contact import, for example, this guarantees prompt availability for all employees (also mobile).
Security: Data stays with the client
When creating groups and synchronising contacts, no data leaves the client’s domain infrastructure, i.e. the processing of the data takes place only in their own Google Enterprise environment.
Extore is a team of professionals who are passionate about creating extensions for web browsers. This devotion also gives us opportunity to appreciate work of other people. We get inspired by useful, open source extensions made by developers all over the world. Our strong belief is that one should share helpful add-ons with others. That’s why we’d like to present you our ever-growing list of favourite extensions that have inspired us. Moreover, as you probably have already learned, sometimes struggling for the best brings an end to the good. Talking about add-ons it often turns out that an upgrade is worse then previous version. Also it can become really tricky to get back to the beloved version of your favourite extension. That’s why we’re going to make not only the latest, but all versions of our favourite (and we hope yours too) add-ons available for download. No more compromises, just stick to the version you really like!
