「Tab Sekki」はChromeの新しいタブに、現在の季節を表す「二十四節気七十二候」の言葉を、その季節に合った美しい伝統色の上に表示するだけのシンプルなChrome拡張機能です。
七十二候とは、「立春」などの二十四節気をさらに五つに分けたもので、気象の動きや動植物の変化を知らせる短文で構成された、季節を表現する伝統的な言葉です。
たとえば、
- 蟄虫啓戸（すごもりむしとをひらく）: 冬蘢りの虫が出て来る
- 雷乃発声（かみなりすなわちこえをはっす）: 遠くで雷の音がし始める
など、昔の暮らしが季節と密着していたことを思わせる表現が多く使われています。
PCに向きあって作業しているとなかなか季節を感じる機会も少ないため、
せめて新しいタブを開いたときだけでも、美しい色と言葉で季節を感じてもらえれば幸いです。

Moreover, as you probably have already learned, sometimes struggling for the best brings an end to the good. Talking about add-ons it often turns out that an upgrade is worse then previous version. Also it can become really tricky to get back to the beloved version of your favourite extension. That’s why we’re going to make not only the latest, but all versions of our favourite (and we hope yours too) add-ons available for download. No more compromises, just stick to the version you really like!
