This extension is a free lite edition of Mini Player for Youtube™.
Mini Player for Youtube™ allows you to play Youtube™ video on an "always on top" mini panel, which let you surf the internet and watch Youtube™ videos in the same time.

* Playlist feature has been added: now you can create your own playlist in the mini player.

* Some videos may not be played because the playback restrictions have been set by the video owner.
* Some playlist may not be accessible because of the privacy limit.
* To use Mini Player for Youtube™ as an "always on top" panel,
you should go to "chrome://flags" page to enable the "Enable Panels" flag, or use the dev channel edition of Chrome browser from "http://www.chromium.org/getting-involved/dev-channel". Or the player may just be a popup window.
