Это аналогично Википедии, все пользователи расширения могут редактировать перевод страницы, который сразу же становится доступен всем остальным пользователям.

The extension adds a button into your browser, and by clicking on this button you can translate web-page into another language. By default, it is a good machine translation, but if there is a human translation, provided by the community, then it will be displayed. It is like Wikipedia - everyone can modify and edit translations so that they become immediately available to other users. You can try the extension on any web-page and see how it works.
