This extensions works by helping you browse pictures on Wikipedia articles much more smoothly. It does this by opening the pictures in a a "lightbox" above the page. Normally on Wikipedia you have to go to a different page and then click again to see the full size image, with WikiPics you can enjoy a better Wikipedia experience.
Once you have opened a picture you can browse all the pictures on that page by clicking on the "Next" or "Previous" buttons. Use the left or up keys to navigate back or right and down arrow keys on your keyboard.
Just install, browse Wikipedia and enjoy.
