A Chrome extension to record what a you are grateful for.

A gratefulness practice extension.

I've tried to practice gratefulness multiple times over my life, each time I'd start with a flurry only to drop the practice after a while as life inevitably got in the way each time.

I'd forget to do it when I was traveling for work or if I was stressed at work - two examples of times I probably needed it the most.

I understand the power of practicing gratefulness, it made me feel great and made many of my problems melt away as I realised what I was truly grateful for and how lucky I am.

So I made this extension to ensure I practice it everyday. It is impossible to forget when I'm confronted with Garachu asking me what I'm grateful for every time I open a tab.

Even better Garachu shows me each time I open it the things I was grateful for.

Using Garachu is super simple, you write three things you appreciate in your life each day. Then over the day you'll be reminded of this source of gratitude in each new tab.

So now all I have to do is simply write something different each day, things like being grateful for modern medicine, clean drinking water or my Nintendo Switch. In fact, you don't even have to write the words I'm grateful for, Garachu handles that for you.

All you have to do is be grateful for things and write them down. Soon you'll see the amazing effect it has on your wellbeing. So take the lazy way out and regularly reflect on the things you're grateful for and you'll feel more positive, have better relationships (why not tweet to your friends and family you are grateful for and let them know), you'll probably even sleep better, have more compassion, you may even forgot 2020 even happened.
