Adds the real / effective daily price next to the daily rate after accounting for all the various fees. I wrote this since I was encountering Airbnb showing nightly rates that were misleadingly much lower than actual rates due to the various fees.
If others find this useful, I'll look into making it more robust and add additional features.
Note: In the multiple listing view, this only corrects the rate in the card view on left for now. The prices in the map are not currently updated. Consider this an early alpha version. If there are feature requests or bugs, please let me know.
