BLACKPINK is a women's singing group launched by YG Entertainment on August 8, 2016. It consists of four members: JISOO, JENNIE, ROSÉ, and LISA. The combination name BLACKPINK adds a negative meaning to the seemingly beautiful pink, which is intended to convey the meaning of "don't just look at the beautiful part" and "not see all".
