Function Introduction:
1. Select some texts with jira ticket inside. Click the button. All JIRA tickets will be opened.
2. Filter space / duplicated tickets already.
3. Cross application, no matter copy from outlook / web / IDE / textpad will be fine.
4. If nothing detected, raise one popup dialog to give you second chance to type in ticket number.
