Exportera schema från IVU Duty schedule/Long-term duty schedule till iCal-formatet. Används för att kunna exportera ut schema och fridagsnyckel från Employee Portal (IVU Cloud) till iCal-fil för import i valfritt kalenderprogram.
Instruktioner:
* Installera tillägget
* Logga in på Employee Portal
* Öppna Duty schedule eller Long-term duty schedule och stega fram så långt du vill exportera
* Tryck på tilläggets ikon och sedan knappen "IVU > iCal", då hämtas schemauppgifter från webbsidan och exporteras till iCal-formatet som hämtas via ett nytt fönster eller ny flik.
* Spara filen på lämplig plats och öppna den sedan i valfritt kalenderprogram på dator eller webb.
