La siguiente extensión es un desarrollo no oficial por tal motivo no dispone de soporte desde la institución y el uso queda bajo la entera responsabilidad del usuario.
Forma de uso:
Antes de imprimir la ficha realizar los cambios en el sistema obligatorios para poder ver reflejado los datos.
Paso a seguir:
1) Buscar el afiliado titular en sistema obligatorios.
2) Clic en el botón "Actualizar Ficha".
3) Abrir una nueva pestaña de chrome.
(En esta pestaña se visualiza la ficha con los datos del titular y sus cargas si existen)
4) Situando en la nueva pestaña imprimir desde el navegador.
5) Una vez impresa la ficha completar los datos que falten o corregir los incorrectos.
Nota: Para que la ficha se imprima en formato A4 en las opciones de la impresora colocar la escala a 130%.
