Once the Sort By Item Review Count extension is installed, a blue arrow icon will appear in the extensions list. We recommend you pin Sort By Item Review Count (SBIRC) and click it after each Amazon product search, as it is a helpful tool to find trusted and well-reviewed products.
A few quick tips for use:
(1) We recommend you click the icon each time your search results show up to sort.
(2) The most exact sorts will occur when you go into the proper product category first before searching. For example, for a men's ring, go into the "Men's ring" category, then search for ring, then click the SBIRC icon to sort the search result.
(3) More specific search results are easier to sort. For example, a "ring" search can pull up products named ring or that use the word ring. But a "wedding ring" search will generally only pull up wedding rings.
(4) We recommend users consider an adblock during web use. It makes all online web searches less clouded by ads and sponsored results.
The sort feature adds to the url in your current tab to sort the search results, and Chrome provides a browsing data notice for that (probably because it adds to the url in the current tab you have open) on extension install.
