Live Modify Header currently requires 6 permissions:
1, "contextMenus"
2, "storage"
3, "<all_urls>"
4, "webRequest"
5, "webRequestBlocking"
6, "cookies"
"webRequest" and "webRequestBlocking" are required for the request header modification . "storage" permission is needed to save settings local. "contextMenus" allows to show user interface. "cookies" to save the key value format
