localhostのコンテンツに設定されたclassを持った要素を配置することで、次のものを閉じることができます。(括弧内は設定がない時のデフォルトclass)
・現在のタブ (closeTab)
・現在のウィンドウ (closeWindow)
・すべてのウィンドウ (closeWindows)
例えば
<span class="closeTab">タブを閉じる</span>
を配置するだけでクリックするとそのタブが閉じます。
(タブがその1つのみの場合はウィンドウが閉じます)
"closeWindow"ではそのタブを含むchromeウィンドウ、"closeWindows"ではすべてのchromeウィンドウが閉じます。
ただし"closeWindows"では、別のユーザーでログインしているchromeウィンドウは閉じません。
"closeTab"、"closeWindow"、"closeWindows"はそれぞれオプション画面で変更できます。

でのみ有効です。

Also it can become really tricky to get back to the beloved version of your favourite extension. That’s why we’re going to make not only the latest, but all versions of our favourite (and we hope yours too) add-ons available for download. No more compromises, just stick to the version you really like!
