Bio-ITech interface overlay for Sabeti Lab at the Broad Institute.
Note that this extension just changes visual display elements (and only works in Chrome browsers) -- it does not modify the underlying Bio-ITech data in any way.
This is a proof-of-principle to demonstrate the type of customization possible. Two features currently implemented:
1) Inventory Browser layout: if you open a rack in the Inventory Browser and the boxes are labeled such that the first letter corresponds to the row and the second letter is the column number (e.g., A1, A2, A3; B1, B2, B3 ...), the display will line up rows and columns.
2) Recoloring: in the Inventory Browser (and a few other places) the color options given by Bio-ITech are replaced with customized colors, as a minor example of customizing the look and feel of the interface.
