Most people who use the net do not want to download/save a web page.
I often press Cmd-S/Ctrl-S on a page to 'save' what I was doing (filling out a textarea, usually), and the Save dialogue is annoying and unnecessary. This extension simply disables the dialogue from showing when you press Cmd-S/Ctrl-S. If you really want to save a page (for whatever reason), the context menu will still do it.
