Share to your Google+ page... set the number of your Google+ page in options.
Example:
say when you land on your Google+ Page the URL is:
https://plus.google.com/u/0/b/123456789012345678901/123456789012345678901/posts
Then you need to go to options and set this: 123456789012345678901 as your ID and save.
Its as simple as it gets. Sorry it sucks visually and all but hey it works.
It is based on https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/share-on-google-plus/gfkobenbpcjmmejiokpopekegkpogbdn and a few other snippets if i remember correctly. Its my first extension and i use it myself so i guess it works. Its free so take it or leave it.
