Can't hear you is a simple volume boosting tool made specifically for those videos and sounds that were uploaded with poor audio levels. This tool can increase the sound up to 10 times it's original volume.
The boost dial indicates by color and number value how much boost is being applied. Green being the least and safest amount of boost, which red being the loudest (and potentially harmful)
Can't Hear you also feature a toolbar icon that indicates if it is currently active (green) or disabled (red) so you don't accidentally leave it on when not necessary.
