Mind is the browser extension that interrupts your browsing experience by randomly replacing your new tab page with a mindful reminder aimed at bringing you back into your center.
The problem with most reminder apps or add-ons is that the user is the one who writes and schedules them, they know they're coming and are prepared to receive them. Having the reminders appear at random without the ability to choose the messaging provides a more natural opportunity for mindful reflection.
The goal of this extension is to help instill a sense of discipline in small, more manageable chunks, and over time create a stronger sense of ownership and control over your thoughts and actions.
