LightShot is a free and very simple program for creating screenshots. Without having its own interface, the program offers only to select the area of the screen that you want to fix. Then you can edit the screenshot in the online editor or just save it to a file. Immediately after installation, LightShot puts its icon in the system tray (next to the clock) and suggests to press PrintScreen on the keyboard to start creating the screenshot. After selecting the desired area of the screen, all options that LightShot offers appear.
The user has the opportunity to edit a picture in the editor on the site prntscr.com, or simply upload a snapshot to this site. The online editor has all the functions of a full-fledged graphic editor and allows you to superimpose explanatory elements on a screenshot (arrows, lines), draw with a brush or pencil, and even impose effects with filters that have a decent amount. You can save a screenshot to a file, or send it to print. In addition, the program offers to search in Google or Tineye similar pictures. You can share the images on Facebook.
