Description

Design and visualization of a medium-sized apartment in a modern style for a young couple. The design uses black and white gamma with terra-cotta accents.


The layout of the apartment appears special because of the possibility of making the living area more spacious by opening the partitions, and attaching to a kitchen, or vice versa – more quiet and comfortable by closing them. There is no TV in this apartment, but if you want to watch an interesting film one peaceful evening, the apartment offers a projector and a screen that are neatly hidden in a ceiling niche and are almost invisible.Also in this area a workplace is provided, with a chic “directorial” chair and a loft floor lamp-spotlight, which, at a certain angle, may serve as the lighting of the workplace. The picture of a Swiss photographer Claudio Gotsch with a mountain bull emerging from darkness imagined on it is located above the sofa.


Another feature of the layout makes possible entering the bedroom through the living room, but you can also get into it just by opening the closet in the hallway, one of the sections does not serve as storage space, but as a portal to the master’s chambers. The bedroom is made in a quite darker gamma, it is designed for resting and sleeping, so there is no redundancy in it. Rack partitions with bronze glass fill the room with amber light, large round mirror gives more charm, and the smoky glass Pulpo floor lamp makes the room more comfortable. The large and soft Bonaldo designed bed, made of terra-cotta velor, helps its owners to sleep and acquire strength for the new day.

Kitchen

The kitchen is not designed for constant cooking; the accent is made on aesthetics of the general appearance. but if the owners want to treat themselves with their own cooking, a space for it is still offered there A large floor-to-ceiling windows fill the kitchen with light, and soft chairs supporting the gamma of the entire apartment smoothen the overall severity of the interior.


A small ensuite is made in a dark gamma, even obtaining little space we managed to make it interesting and not gloomy. On the only free wall, it was decided to make 3d tiles, the lights on the ceiling help to consider its texture and volume. Drawers under the sink, heated towel rail and suspensions that perform a more decorative function, support the color accent of the whole apartment. A tropical shower will help you to feel rested after a hard day’s work.


In general, it turned out to combine customer requirements with the designer’s vision and develop an interior design. that will not lose its relevance in a year.
