CS50 2x is a Chrome extension that lets you play (some of) Harvard University's videos at 2x speed (and slower and faster). Offers keyboard shortcuts, custom speeds (between 2x and 3x), and a workaround for DCE videos. CS50 2x also lets you download videos to watch offline with other software.
This extension only supports videos at these domains:
canvas.harvard.edu
cm.dce.harvard.edu
icommons.harvard.edu
isites.harvard.edu
live.cs50.net
matterhorn.dce.harvard.edu
CS50 2x does not support Mediasite videos (since Mediasite's player has its own built-in 2x button).
To activate extension on a page with a video, simply click extension's icon. Or hit Shift-Alt-2 (on PCs) or Shift-Option-2 (on Macs); change at chrome://extensions/ via "Keyboard shortcuts."
To slow down or speed up while a video is playing, click icons or use - and +.
To seek 8s back or 30s forward while a video is playing, click icons or use left arrow and right arrow.

Extore is a team of professionals who are passionate about creating extensions for web browsers. This devotion also gives us opportunity to appreciate work of other people. We get inspired by useful, open source extensions made by developers all over the world. Our strong belief is that one should share helpful add-ons with others. That’s why we’d like to present you our ever-growing list of favourite extensions that have inspired us. Moreover, as you probably have already learned, sometimes struggling for the best brings an end to the good. Talking about add-ons it often turns out that an upgrade is worse then previous version. Also it can become really tricky to get back to the beloved version of your favourite extension. That’s why we’re going to make not only the latest, but all versions of our favourite (and we hope yours too) add-ons available for download. No more compromises, just stick to the version you really like!
