The Fleet Girl series features Fubuki as the main character, and the storyline is based on her point of view. In a world where human beings are threatened by deep oceans, special human girls wear weapons and possess a historical naval ship spirit called kanmusu (ship mother, literally "fleet") girl "or" boat girl" They are the only ones who can fight them. The kanmusu is in a naval base, where they spend their daily lives, and they start training to fight together.
Fubuki came to the naval base where she met other girls and she would eventually fight alongside it. Despite the lack of adequate combat training, Admiral advised her to enter the third torpedo squadron and quickly found herself in combat. After being rescued by Chicheng in a dangerous situation, Fubuki worked hard for training and hoped to eventually fight alongside Akashi.
