This application provides the ability to mount a Windows file server and a file server based on SMB. Files / directories can be opened, changed and deleted in the Files application directly.
Notes:
Chrome OS only.
* Domain authentication is supported (only NTLMv2 authentication, Kerberos authentication is not supported).
* Supported modes of the server are "share" and "un-extended security" (sending a simple password is not supported).
* Unicode only. ASCII mode is not supported.
* Supported dialects - SMB2.002 and NT_DIALECT_0_12.
* CIFS is supported, but NetBIOS over TCP is not supported.
* Signature and encryption are not supported.

* All operations (read and write) are supported.
* Authentication with LM, LMv2, NTLM, NTLMv2 and NTLM2.
* Support for Unicode.
