Black Out Ads is more than a traditional ad-blocker. Our goal is to arm everyday Internet users with knowledge, resources and opportunities to fight against systemic racism and injustice. This Chrome Extension uses ad space across the Internet to educate, inspire, and create lasting change through knowledge and action.
If banner ads are going to be invasive, they should least contain messages that matter. With so many underserved voices needing a platform, and so many progressive messages needing a microphone, Black Out Ads turns clumsy banners into a meaningful platform for equality and justice.

Each ad will include a link to trusted and vetted resources like petitions, fundraisers, contact forms, and volunteer opportunities to help you turn information into progress.
