This extension was developed for use with Olive Helps Loops that utilize the Browser Aptitude. It enables the Loop to detect the current URL, detect highlighted text on the webpage, open a new tab, or open a new window. You can find out whether your Loop uses the Browser Aptitude, and what it does with this information, by visiting the Loop Details page, which can be accessed by clicking on the Loop in the Loop Library.
Troubleshooting: If your extension status is “Not connected to Olive Helps”, check the following:
1. The Olive Helps application is running
2. A Loop that uses the Browser Aptitude is installed and running (not paused)
