Share current web page on Twitter using extension's button on the toolbar, keyboard command (Alt + T) and the option in the context menu. After successful completion, the sharing popup window (or tab) closes automatically.
This extension automatically inserts Twitter handles of the website and the creator/author if available (provided via twitter:card). By default it opens in a popup window but, you can set it to open in a new tab. See this video for the steps: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C6ROoXlApUE
Share links on Twitter: right click on a link and select the option in the appeared context menu.
If the website provides a custom short URL, this extension uses that too.
