Allows you to filter news by giving you the ability to select specific tags - topics to be blocked.
It also removes ads, centers the articles to the screen, and places the page-navigation buttons at the top of the news too (so you don't have to scroll down to change page).
To block a particular topic, click the "x" near the tag name.
To unblock a topic, scroll down and click on any blocked topic button.
