Trò chơi dựa trên bàn cờ với 6 biểu tượng: BẦU, CUA, TÔM, CÁ, GÀ, NAI và 3 hột xí ngầu với các mặt tương ứng với các biểu tượng trên bàn cờ.
Người chơi theo sự phán đoán của mình có thể chọn một (hoặc vài) biểu tượng và cược điểm vào.
Số điểm thắng sẽ phụ thuộc vào các biểu tượng do các quân xí ngầu lắc ra.
Với phiên bản chơi online xếp hạng, người chơi có thể thử sức và so sánh điểm với các thành viên khác
Với phiên bản chơi online cùng các người chơi khác, người chơi có thể tự tạo bàn để các người chơi khác cùng vào đặt
