Using this extension, you can collect all the contextual data related to a bug/issue in a couple of clicks. The contextual data will help the developers to resolve bugs in lesser amount of time. This will reduce the amount of to-and-fro bug-related communication between developers and QA, thereby improving the productivity of both the teams.
Following contextual data gets captured for each reported issue/bug:
1. Annotated bug screenshot
2. Bug description
3. Captured video recording (helps to reproduce the issue/bug)
4. Client browser details (browser, OS, resolution, user agent, Client IP)
5. Console error and network error logs.
Extension work flow:
Click on the extension --> Share application window to record the video --> click on "Stop Sharing" button to stop recording video --> Start highlighting bug area on the shown screenshot --> Click on "Next" --> Add bug description (Optional) --> Click on "Submit" --> Click on "Bug report" to see the detailed information about the bug.
