Compass is a complete toolkit for Product Managers using Linear.
Compass’ Chrome extension allows you to save customer feedback from any web page and send it to Compass. This means you can collect feedback directly from Intercom, Gmail, Zendesk and more.
Collecting feedback:
1. Make sure you already have an existing Compass account which you can set up at https://usecompass.app.
2. Download the Chrome extension and log in using the same account from step 1.
3. Highlight any text on a webpage.
4. Open the extension by clicking on the Compass logo in your browser's toolbar , or by pressing “CMD/CTRL + Shift + .”
5. Compass should be able to figure out which customer the feedback is coming from, all you have to do is link it to the related topic and hit submit!
The feedback will then funnel into your Compass web application, where you can analyze it further. If you need any help at all, feel free to contact me at [email protected]
