Appogee's Cloud Skills Academy is an e-learning resource that provides online training through interactive demonstrations, tips, shortcuts and guides on all topics in G Suite.
It is designed to address three core user education requirements:
1) My First Days - Accelerate user adoption of G Suite
On-line lessons and support for the key features of G Suite Email, Calendar, Docs and Sites which a user would need to function successfully in a Google environment.
2) What's New - Educate users about new G Suite features
New Features are released frequently by Google. The Cloud Skills Academy is always up to date with any significant new features and provides a resource to keep users informed about new functionality so that your organisation can maximise your benefit from the new capabilities.
3) Ask a Question - Reduce Helpdesk calls about G Suite
NEW FEATURE - context sensitive link flags new topics as they become available and provides short cuts to relevant content!
A moderated forum allows users to ask questions about G Suite and receive a response from our support team within one working day. Other users may also contribute to the discussion to help each other.
The Cloud Skills Academy is "installed" in your Google domain through the G Suite Marketplace. It is accessed by users directly from the G Suite applications either through the “More” menu in the Google One-bar or via a Chrome extension.
