GitLab ToDo notification extension for GitLab API v4.
Polls "GitLab To-Do List" and notifies.
Issues(/dashboard/issues) and Merge requests(/dashboard/merge_requests) can also be merged and notified if necessary.
To setup, go to the options page (right click on extension in top right and click "Options" or go to the "Manage Extensions" page) and enter the URL of the GitLab deployment (e.g., "https://gitlab.com/" or "https://gitlab.my-company.com/") and GitLab API Path (e.g., "/api/v4/") and a Personal Access Token. Then click save.
