A properly placed "ibid" or "supra note #" is tedious work and what's worse is that the accuracy of these cross references may be lost as a document is being modified. LCA solves this problem by auto correcting cross references. When a user cites a reference for the first time with LCA, they will be prompted to enter the reference's information into LCA's input fields. Clicking the LCA cite button will then paste the reference into the footnote that the user's cursor is located within. Once cited, the reference becomes a member of the table of authorities, and additional citation of the reference can be accomplished using the LCA cite function once again. LCA referencing enables automated and accurate subsequent referencing, significantly reducing time spent writing legal documents.
