The lack of human connectivity and seamless conversation found while browsing the web is the problem we are trying to solve. We offer a chat platform for every website that a user visits with a community of other users visiting that same website. The audience affected by this problem is any Internet user who is seeking a community of users to share their interests or seeking for seamless technical and sales support while browsing their favorite websites.

We want to offer every user a chat platform where they can chat and interact with other users who have navigated to the same website. We are first offering a browser plugin that a user can download as a monthly subscription service; allowing the user to click on the plugin icon face and open up a chat room with all other users who are currently visiting that website or open a chat room with company employees and/or website administrators. This will boost brand recognition, company interest and conversation, boost customer acquisition and engagement, and provide customer support.

Our customer is the everyday Internet user. Our product provides our customers with a community and technical or sales support. Our customer wants a sense of community while they browse their favorite websites - a forum for their opinions and discussions. They need a platform to chat with one another or with verified company representatives while navigating the web to better engage them with the content they are consuming. Our product allows for any user to connect with other like-minded users or connect with company representatives who can help them with their interactions on websites like purchasing on the web or customizing their search preferences so that they can find what they need seamlessly with the assistance of the website's community or the assistance of technical/sales support teams.

We care about improving the Internet infrastructure and creating a social movement that is natural to the Internet - a realm where anyone can connect and chat to anyone else, especially those with similar interests; and connect to get the support they need while using the internet as a tool. We want to offer every existing company with a website to have the infrastructure necessary to connect with their user-base. The social network aspect of our product offers each user with more information about the person they are chatting with - this allows companies to understand their customer-base with more accuracy and commit to more user-specific targeted promotional campaigns. We want to allow our user-base to democratically vote through our platform to donate a portion of our revenue-earned income on specific causes or charity groups of their interests - thereby, creating a platform where people can express themselves democratically.

Our solution provides a seamless interface where user's can open-up a chat platform from and for any website they are currently visiting. Not every website currently has a chat platform for their users, so we want to provide that chat space for every user so that they can chat with others like-minded to them. We have an Internet that we are always interacting with, but rarely do we actually interact with another human being seamlessly because we don't have a medium to do so in. Our chat platform will allow people to connect seamlessly; and chat about the content they just consumed or get help with the content they are interacting with from the Internet community or company-verified users. This will take sales and customer engagement opportunities to the next level in using the Internet as a connecting communications tool that will help companies understand what their customers need and help transition new customers from standard browsing to long-time customers through customer support and customer relationship building - all in real-time.

Ourr competitors, existing chat platforms like: Skype and Facebook Messenger; or existing chat platforms already integrated into particular websites. Skype solves the problem by providing a way for users to connect on a different platform using phone numbers or Skype IDs. Facebook Messenger solves the problem by connecting friends made on the Facebook Social Network. Some companies integrate websites with existing chat platforms to solve the problem. Our company integrates the chat platform from any website that the user is visiting; offering every user the communal space to discuss the material they are currently viewing through their web browser. The competitors mentioned earlier have similar technologies and purposes as our company which is why I would consider them competitors.

Our competitors are funneling in their user-base through a particular product or company i.e. Facebook Messenger via Facebook, or Skype Chat via Skype; where our company is opening up the chat space for any and every Internet user who is sharing the same web address. We are a third-party chat service which any user can invoke to conversate with any other user on that same particular website that you have navigated to. The competitive edge that we have is that we can tap into any customer-base (given that the company has a website to tap into). Our chat rooms are not associated or partnered with any website or community, but offers our chat rooms as a space where like-minded people can connect.
