Jobber is the new web application for measuring and improving employee satisfaction and employee engagement. Jobber takes care of the complete process: from sending questionnaires on-line and by mail to presenting the results in the on-line dashboard. Jobber measures employee satisfaction in a new way with a set of new features:

- inexpensive automated way of measuring;
- questionnaires in multiple languages;

Jobber offers continuous measuring. Between 2 and 25 percent of the employees of the company can be examined every week. That'll give a continuous insight in the employee satisfaction of the company.

Jobber will make sure that results are displayed in well-sized time frames, taking the size of groups into account. You'll find out directly how an organizational change affects the employee satisfaction. Jobber presents the results of the job satisfaction survey clearly within a dashboard. You'll find points for improvement at a glance. Results of departments and groups can be seen with one click.

It seems obvious to perform a job engagement survey completely digital nowadays. It may however be useful to conduct the survey partially or completely on paper. Jobber is able to send the invitations or even the complete questionnaire by mail. This is easy when you don't have the e-mail address of every employee or if not all employees have a computer with Internet available.

Jobber is completely online which means no manual actions and which leads to being very inexpensive. We don't offer consultants or implementation teams. Jobber does well in measuring and displaying employee satisfaction. The survey is available in multiple languages, depending on the questionnaire. Not only the questionnaire is in a different language, Jobber also translates the messages around it like the invitation, welcome message, and closure.

The language can be configured per employee. Questions are identically, this makes it easy to measure over borders with ease.

Jobber provides several methods to ensure that only authorized people get access to your employee data. Jobber is for example able to send a verification code by SMS or e-mail. That ensures that the employee logging in has access to his (business) e-mail or mobile phone. It is also possible to give a user only access to the data of location Washington, D.C..

Groups can act as powerful tools in looking at employee satisfaction. Jobber enables you to compare them in detail and taking history into account. Jobber is created with the thought that it should be the easiest way to measure employee satisfaction. An extensive wizard helps with setting up the first measurement.

Jobber offers three questionnaires, including two worldwide proven questionnaires from well-known universities: the Job Content Questionnaire (JCQ) and the Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES).

Jobber discuss is the discussion platform that enables you to have a discussion with your employees. Both the employer and the employees can propose points for improvement in Jobber discuss. Voting takes place on these points for improvement which creates an automatic prioritization of these points. Discussion can take place on these points for improvement which enables the whole organization to suggest ways to a solution.

Discussions are conducted anonymously while still being recognized within the discussion itself. This enables the employees to speak freely while still having a valid discussion in which they cannot act as if they were someone else. Moderation is included in Jobber discuss: moderators can hide specific reactions and can attach a status to a given point to indicate its status within the process of improving.
