Sharepoint often does not scroll properly in Chrome as the HTML/CSS it generates is as dismal as the product itself, so this extension modifies the CSS and DOM on any Sharepoint page it detects to fix this.
If you have a Sharepoint site which is buggy in Chrome, please contact me (or fork the code on github), and we can work on a fix if the bug is in Sharepoint itself.
