Talent Acquisition is a chrome extension dedicated to recruitment teams and independent recruiters who use the LinkedIn platform.
The application aims to eliminate spam and improve the recruitment process by tracking the information on LinkedIn for each profile visited by the recruiter.
In the case of recruitment teams, the application offers the possibility of synchronizing recruitment team so that each member of the recruitment team knows if a candidate has been contacted in the past by a member of the team by direct message on LinkedIn or by phone.
Recruiters have the opportunity to:
- to add text notes for a certain profile, but also to add feedback after the technical interview or from clients who received the candidate's CV
- conversations between recruiters and candidates are automatically saved and distributed to team members, so that recruiters know how to approach a candidate in the future
- there is the possibility to create templates to have an easier discussion with the candidates
