PaintTool SAI is a graphical editor designed for drawing by hand. It is possible to work with layers and use various variations of tools such as a brush, a pencil, a marker, a fill, etc.
Despite the fact that the program takes its roots from Japan, there is now a Russian translation of the PaintTool SAI interface. If we do not consider that drawing is a matter, in itself, not simple, then we must say that the program itself does not cause any special difficulties.
When selecting a tool in the corresponding panel, we immediately see its properties. Each of the tools has its own parameters: thickness, intensity, transparency, etc.
There are several modules for color adjustment. This is the "Wheel of colors", RGB sliders, HSV sliders, "Color Mixer", etc. There are such functions as highlighting an arbitrary area of the canvas, magnification, "hand", which you can move the canvas, etc.
Judging by the examples of images created in PaintTool SAI, we can say that this is quite a good tool for artists of fine art.
