This chrome extension takes a smart approach to performing return-on-investment calculations for the listed property by simplifying as much as possible the process: this includes the use of conventional default values as well as the ability to automatically grab many key values right from the listed property's page (for some of the major real estate listing sites).
The tool then provides useful statistics to the investor such as the capitalization rate, the monthly cashflow, the ROI, etc... with multiple scenarios (normal, high and low).
